Our signature Mama Elixir program for pre and postnatal yoga clients is a personalized yoga program for birth preparation and/or postpartum rehabilitation that emphazies fitness, wellbeing and mindset.

We also offer semi-private class for couples, parents & toddlers, parents & babies and kids yoga (5-16 years of age). Our instructors have been fully vetted with background checks.
