Yoga is for everyone – you’re never too young to start!

We offer yoga from 6 weeks of age through to 16 years of age. 

Children's yoga is a wonderful way to improve children’s co-ordination, self-awareness, confidence and self-esteem whilst helping them to stretch and strengthen their bodies. Through yoga, children learn skills to relax, build resilience and improve concentration.

Depending on the age, children's yoga will include yoga (asana) movement along with yoga-themed storytelling, games, music and creative arts to engage the "whole brain" in a fun, safe and creative environment. Our baby yoga also integrates sensory play and massage. 

Yogi Kids improves children’s co-ordination, self-awareness, confidence and self-esteem whilst promoting positive physical and mental wellbeing habits. Through yoga, children learn skills to relax, build resilience and improve concentration.

Our April/May term will be focused on 3 key core elements - Strength, Kindness & Friendship around the seasonal theme of Spring. Over the course of 6 weeks, children will learn acro yoga, partner yoga and more traditional yoga poses as well as games, music and mindfulness activities around our themes to engage the whole brain and build physical strength, flexibility and wellbeing in a fun, safe and creative environment.

6 Classes for £42 or £9 per class. We encourage children to attend regularly to build their skills and develop their strength and flexibility.

Nurture your baby's physical and mental development as you strengthen the bond between you and your tiny human. Baby yoga has shown to aid digestion, promote better sleep, reduce the signs of reflux and foster calming techniques. 

 

Each class integrates baby yoga, baby massage and sensory play in a relaxed, gentle and safe environment. 

This class is suitable for babies from 6+ weeks through to crawling. 

We also offer a 5x Class Pass for £30

YOGI CUBS (age 1-4) @ The Jelly Lounge

£7 for class

Toddler Yoga supports growing bodies, promotes good posture and helps to stabilise core muscles, which is integral to healthy development. In addition, Toddler Yoga has been proven to improve co-ordination and balance, promote healthy sleeping patterns and build self-confidence. 

During class you and your little ones will learn techniques to help them relax, ​enjoy quiet time and develop memory and concentration skills.

Each class integrates yoga (asana) movements along with sensory games, music and massage.
