Yoga is for everyone – you’re never too young to start!
We offer yoga from 6 weeks of age through to 16 years of age.
Children's yoga is a wonderful way to improve children’s co-ordination, self-awareness, confidence and self-esteem whilst helping them to stretch and strengthen their bodies. Through yoga, children learn skills to relax, build resilience and improve concentration.
Depending on the age, children's yoga will include yoga (asana) movement along with yoga-themed storytelling, games, music and creative arts to engage the "whole brain" in a fun, safe and creative environment. Our baby yoga also integrates sensory play and massage.
